If so, Maribel and Melvin should be set to Manual and parry or use items with no effect. - Cannot manually revive party members (Priests, Vivify/Revive, World Leaves, the Probina spring, etc) Allowed: - Hero can do whatever he wants, except revive dead party members. - Or should that be allowed? Solo Necromancer run? - One-time story revives are fine, planning where you trigger them is fine. - Repeatable events such as the Probina statue-spring are not fine - Putting allies in the front of the party to soak hits is fine - Allies gaining EXP is fine (annoying to avoid) Questionable: - Can allies change class? - Wiping in certain places revives the whole team (Orph). Orph: Where did I upgrade to scale armor? Present Engow? Also a Wooden Hat Could farm immigrants for a little more HP and defense, but it takes forever. Deathpal can definitely kill you. Herb if < 40 HP, hope that Woodsman is feeling herby. Falrod: Buy an Iron Spear in Falrish, possibly Iron Helmet. Can sell Hero's armor and/or hat, but Falroider might kill you. He was sketchy with 32 defense. Buy the helmet on the way to the robot camp? You get an extra Scale Armor, Iron Shield, Seashell Helm in this island, so only consider Iron Helm. EvilMech seems doable, but if he blinds you a lot you'll need to get Upper stacks up twice. Would having <50 defense help, so that I can cast Upper one more time before it caps out? Not if it still caps before he dies Also probably need to die to EvilMech to get a magic refill, and get lucky with his first couple turns. Upper x3 (x4?), then: Attack 5x (or herb), Upper, repeat. Herb if he attacks turn one. When it says Upper won't be effective, herb to full and wait for it to wear off, then start over. Verdham: Cavemon and his Jewelbags are assholes If you stack Upper, they stop attacking you, but this means the bags just steal your MP and make you dance. Even one Potion would go a long way here. Be aggressive. Heal if <60 HP but kill the bags ASAP to protect your MP. Dharma: Beating Inopp and Gonz is probably possible at level ten with normal equip but it's not comfy Manipulate Lucky Panel to get better gear: Hacksaw, Steel Armor, Viking Helm, White Shield Defense power actually mitigates Inopp/Gonz's crit damage. Seems perfectly winnable with 104 defense. You could get the Heavy Armor as well if you really wanted to manip. Inopp - 22.74% to hit hard, 10.59% sandstorm, rest = normal attack Gonz - 29.01% tail waggle, 10.59% claw attack, rest = normal attack Unsure how often they each crit? Killing Inopp first might be the play though. Go through the game until Dhama. Somehow? glhf? L U C K Y P A N E L to get EvilMech pieces Maybe farm ProtoMech heart back where they spawn instead? Looks like 75ish + 3 from immigrant town are possible to get before wind area. Beat the game I guess
